The wines will be selected at the moment by our sommelier, with preference given to labels from our region and producers that reflect the authenticity of the territory. The selection may vary depending on availability and the pairing designed for each experience.

Requests must be made at least 2 hours in advance, with Guest Services (telephone extension: 1100).
